Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!
However, all custom duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately international shipping rates have increased this year. The current international shipping rate does not include tracking or insurance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes I do. If you live in Austin you can use code 0512 to get 'free shipping.'

Please keep in mind that selecting this will not necessarily mean a faster delivery. A local pick up will occur at a place of my choosing (for safety reasons).

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes, requests are accepted.

Custom orders are charged in two parts. The first, is a deposit and is non-refundable after work begins. I will contact you when I begin your pieces.

Custom orders are a higher price than similar items in the store due to time and supplies required to complete the project.

How long does a figurine take to make?

Figurines take several days to complete.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
